Mr.Mansour bin Sulaiman bin Turky is the founder and the Managing Director of The  Law Firm. 

(M.S.T) His practice focuses mainly on corporate and transporting ,construction, infrastructure projects. He has experience in transactions involving a wide range of sectors, including  PPPs projects, merge acquisition, energy, Oil & Gas, defense, corporate governance, Banking and capital funds, International investment agreements and joint ventures.

Mr. Mansour advised on all commercial & contractual disputes in relation to $15 Billion construction, transport and infrastructure Projects being undertaken by SAR. Including the US $5.5 billion North-South Railway and the US$ 7 billion Land-bridge project.

Advising on (FIDIC) contracts such as  constructions & design contracts.

Advise on SAR agreements on the railways operation agreements. Including drafting and reviewing the OMT agreement with the British Consortium, the agreement's  value was  almost  705 million  Saudi Rails.

He also advised Saudi pharmaceutical companies on their acquisition  transactions; including drafting and reviewing Shares Purchase agreements (SPA) for acquisition of pharmaceutical & healthcare companies either in the KSA or abroad. As well as providing advised on many Joint venture agreements.

Mr. Mansour advises local, regional and international clients on identifying the best legal practice for businesses and companies on the setting up of their ventures in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Mansour provides legal advices to many vital private clients and significant organizations and companies. He also writes legal Articles in local & international newspapers. He has drafted many legal researches and legal analysis in terms of companies’ laws and other legal topics.

Mr. Mansour holds a LL B from King Saud University in Riyadh and Masters of Law LLM in International Commercial and Trade Law from Oxford Brookes University 2009, in Oxford, United Kingdom (UK).

Mr. Mansour speaks Arabic, English and slight French.
